Told them to check the rear brakes and give me a quote since I was already paying for the inspection around the car. I knew the brakes were bad, but wanted them to look at the rear brakes while it was already on the hoist and they were replacing the Sway Bar and give me a quote for the replacement. They charged me $35 without even telling me that it would be an additional charge from my inspection. You should let the customer know in advance what the cost would be. Unacceptable!!

I drive a ram pro master (Van Lifer). When I need maintenance help, I need a tall enough shop and great customer service and honest feedback and trust J&S for both. If you own a van (or any old car), that is where the honest feedback comes in because something is always broken.
